I am an ACE certified personal trainer as well as Precision Nutrition certified nutritionist here at Corefit 24/7. I have been a personal trainer for about 2 and a half years and not a day goes by that Im not grateful for making the decision to help people change their lives for the better. I started working out when I was about 16 and I am 26 now so I’ve been training for about a decade which is crazy to think about! Growing up I was influenced a lot by my mother in watching her go to the gym daily and take care of herself and be active which is how I started working out to begin with. In 2019 I decided to compete in my first bodybuilding bikini competition. I was so grateful to be able to take home the 1st place trophy from my very first show! Through competing I have learned a lot about nutrition which is why I decided to become certified in nutrition as well. I have a vast array of knowledge when it comes to types of training whether it’s specifically bodybuilding, HIIT style training, balance training, or even just beginner style training. As an added bonus to services that I offer I have also been practicing yoga for about 4 years now as well so I have experience when it comes to increasing mobility and range of motion as well as different types of active stretches.

When I first joined Core Fit when I moved here, I did it just to use the treadmills. My Husband had been a member and would lift several times a week. I was a runner embarking on my marathon journey. As I ran more and more miles a week I began to see several injuries pop up. I knew at this point I needed to add strength training into my routine. I kept seeing this super fit, young, energetic girl there that just seemed so friendly and truly passionate about personal fitness. I would see her on Instagram so I messaged her one day and said please help me strength train so I can continue to run at 42 years old.
